Architects of digital infrastructure

We supply the hardware, then image it, test it, install it and hold the spares. The same people who scoped your deployment are the ones who answer when it breaks.

01 / Procurement

Hardware procurement

We buy from global supply chains and hold the stock here, so a replacement is a phone call instead of a lead time. Being registered with the major South African distributors gets us the brands and the pricing without a middleman in between.

  • Access to leading brands through registered distribution
  • Local service and spare parts holding
  • NRCS and ICASA certification for imported product

02 / Solutions

Software integration

We resell software, and we set up the platform it runs on. That means OS images, kiosk lockdown, application packaging and roll-out scripting. A device turns up already doing its job instead of waiting for someone to configure it on site.

  • Custom OS imaging and configuration
  • Local staging and pre-deployment burn-in testing
  • Application packaging and kiosk lockdown

03 / Logistics

Strategic logistics

We work with third-party logistics providers to handle shipping, customs and installation. We also design and build kiosk enclosures here, so the cabinet around the hardware comes from us as well.

  • Customs clearance and import compliance
  • Local design and manufacture of kiosks
  • White-glove installation and multi-site roll-out

04 / Support

The part that matters after the invoice.

Local support and warranty management, handled by the same Johannesburg team that specified the deployment. There is no tier one.

Talk to support

Warranty management

We hold the relationship with the manufacturer, so you hold one with us.

Asset tagging & inventory

Every unit recorded at staging, so the estate stays legible for its whole life.

Held spares pool

Local stock against your configuration turns a failure into hours, not weeks.

Technical support

Direct line to the engineers who imaged and burned in your hardware.

The engagement

What working together looks like

Week 0

Discovery

A site walk or a call. Duty cycle, ambient conditions, power quality, network, and the failure you can't tolerate.

Week 1–2

Specification & quote

A configuration against the environment, with the certification position and warranty term stated up front.

Week 3–5

Staging

Imaging, application packaging, burn-in and asset tagging in our Johannesburg facility.

Week 6

Deployment

White-glove installation, site by site, with a handover pack and an asset register.

Ongoing

Support

Warranty management and a spares pool held against your exact configuration.
