Why isn't there any pricing?
Because the specification changes the price. Memory, storage, operating system, imaging, mounting, warranty term and spares holding are all decisions, and they are worth making before a purchase order rather than after.
Do you supply outside South Africa?
We supply across Southern Africa. Import compliance and certification differ by market, so tell us the destination early and we'll confirm the position before quoting.
Is the hardware certified for local use?
Yes. We handle NRCS approval and ICASA registration for imported product as part of the service, and we provide the evidence for your audit file.
What's the lead time?
Stocked lines ship in days. Configured deployments typically run four to six weeks from order to first site, including imaging and burn-in.
Can you support hardware we already own?
Often, yes — particularly for staging, imaging and asset management. Send us the models and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't cover.
